Imagine your own private 70-seat; multimedia auditorium outfitted with everything you’d need to host a corporate event or private celebration to perfection. The International Culinary Center, home of The French Culinary Institute and Italian Culinary Academy, proudly presents the International Culinary Theater, a delightfully intimate venue ideally suited for your next business meeting or for personal celebrations with friends and family.

Or do you prefer to treat your guests to the ultimate cooking experience by hosting one of our most popular events, the Hands – On cooking class. The evening begins as one of our chef’s guide, assist, and cheer you on as you and your guests prepare a delicious three-course meal. Once finished, you’ll sit down to indulge in your creation. And the best part is you won’t have to wash the dishes.

Whether you’d like to host a hands-on cooking class; or simply relax and mingle at a cocktail, birthday, or engagement party, The International Culinary Center, home of The French Culinary Institute and Italian Culinary Academy, provides you with the perfect environment, equipment, staff, and even some tempting hors d’oeuvre to make your event an astounding success.

Champagne and Wine Reception

  • $165 per person; 25-50 people
  • Three hours
  • Red, white and sparkling wine, water and soda
  • Five passed Hors d'Oeuvres
  • Bartender and wait staff
  • Full bar optional for additional charge

Wine & Food Pairing Events

  • Starts at $300 per person; 20-36 people
  • Three hours
  • 6-glass tasting lesson; Chef demonstration of 4 foods/dishes paired with the wine lesson
  • Red, white and sparkling wine reception with 3 passed Hors d'Oeuvres
  • Bartender and wait staff
  • Wine tables, chairs, linens, flatware and glasses

Chef Demonstration Events

Three hour Chef Demonstration:

  • $215 per person; 20-24 people
  • 1-2 hour chef demonstration
  • Red, white and sparkling wine reception with 5 passed Hors d'Oeuvres
  • Bartender and wait staff
  • Wine tables, chairs, linens, flatware and glasses

Five hour Chef Demonstration with Dinner:

  • $400 per person; 20-24 people
  • 1-2 hour chef demonstration
  • Three course sit down dinner with wine
  • Red, white and sparkling wine reception with 5 passed Hors d'Oeuvres
  • Bartender and wait staff
  • Wine tables, chairs, linens, flatware and glasses

Hands on Cooking Events

  • Starts at $8,000; 20-24 people
  • 2 hour hands on cooking class with an FCI chef and a chef assistant
  • Red, white and sparkling wine reception with 5 passed Hors d'Oeuvres
  • 2 hour, 3 course sit down dinner with wine
  • Bartender and wait staff
  • FCI apron for each guest to take home
