I just wanted to thank you again for your generous hospitality during my audit and tour of your school last Tuesday. The FCI is wonderful. The other schools are going to have to be unbelievably amazing in order to compete with The FCI. Please convey my appreciation to Chef Tina, Chef Lauri, Chef Dianne, and Chef Jürgen. They were so kind to let me see what the pastry program is all about. I’ll keep in touch.

I can’t thank you enough for spending the morning with me on Wednesday. I enjoyed every aspect of my time at The FCI. I know that if I attend your school my education would be priceless and that is exactly what I am looking for. I wanted to take a moment to write you a quick note of appreciation for all of your phone calls, patience, generosity, and support throughout this process.
