The FCI Ambassador Program recruits alumni who are enthusiastic and charismatic leaders to help spread the word about The FCI. Duties range from talking to prospective students with questions about our programs to leading local chapters of FCI Alumni.
The role of an Admissions Ambassador is to speak to prospective students, either in person or by phone, about the student experience at The FCI and life after graduation. Your firsthand account of your time at The FCO provides a personal perspective that can’t be fully captured in our print materials or on the web, and we would like to expand our pool of volunteers for this task. As an Admissions Ambassador, you might also be invited to join us for FCI receptions and recruiting events.
Networking Ambassadors
Networking Ambassadors participate in local FCI Alumni chapters across the country and the world. Our graduates an be found around the globe, and we often get requests from individuals who want to connect with local Alumni in their area, either for socializing or career networking. As a Networking Ambassador, you might participate in organizing local groups of FCI Alumni and help other Alumni in your area find each other.
Ambassador Events
From time to time The FCI invites Ambassadors to exclusive events. This past December, The FCI hosted a holiday bash for our Ambassadors. The event was attended by Deans Alain Sailhac, Jacques Torres, and André Soltner, as well as our founder Dorothy Hamilton. The party also served as a celebration of our 2007 Outstanding Alumni Award winners.
