One of the advantages of a culinary education from The French Culinary Institute is our size. We're small. That means individualized attention while you are in school and a guarantee that you will stay in our memory banks long after graduation.

As a graduate, our placement services will always available to you, which means you can turn to us at any point in your career and take advantage of our career advising or review job openings. Our excellent networking abilities might put you in the U.S. or virtually anywhere else in the world. Many graduates work in hotels, catering, corporate dining, or as private cooks or in any of a number of areas in food media, including magazines, book publishing and television. As you can see, our graduates don't cook "just" French food; they have gone on to excel in most any cuisine imaginable!
