As the more sophisticated cousin to pie, an elegant slice of tart is a lovely way to end a meal or to enhance a hot cup of tea.

In this 25-hour course, you'll acquire the skills to make buttery crusts, luscious fillings, and tantalizing embellishments for a variety of tarts. Learn how to make and roll out three basic doughs for fluted and free-form tarts, as well as cookies.

Then, mix up mouth-watering fillings (like creamy custards and lemon curd), poach and glaze fresh fruits for a composed and refined look, and pipe light-as-air meringue and chocolate ganache into beautiful decorations for presentations that will truly
shine.
