Taught by experts in the field, these courses will help you build your nose for wine (or spirits), one glass at a time, and learn the finer points of selecting, evaluating, pairing, and pouring bottles from around the world.
Career
The first in the world to be approved by the renowned Court of Master Sommeliers®, our program combines lecture with intensive tastings, food pairings, and practice of service techniques. Students learn how to taste and evaluate bottles from around the world and have the option to take the Court of Master Sommeliers' Certified Sommelier Examination on-site at the end of the course.
Serious Amateur
Through hands-on and "forks-on" learning, you'll explore wines from a variety of regions and learn how to enhance any meal with complementary pairings.
Wine. It can be intimidating, mysterious, challenging… and profitable. In this eight-week course, led by instructors who have taught thousands within the culinary industry, you’ll learn how to taste, sell, and enjoy wines from all around the world.
