Please join us at L’Ecole on Wednesday, November 18 at 7pm for a special 6-course tasting menu paired with 6 Scotch whiskies. We’ll be featuring whisky from distillerura such as Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Ardmore. Recipes for the dinner have been co-developed with FCI culinary students and selected by a panel of chefs, including our Deans André Soltner and Alain Sailhac, Joey Campanale of Dell’Anima and L’Artusi, spirit sommelier Ethan R.
