L’Ecole, The Restaurant of The French Culinary Institute, and The Brandy Library, NYC’s favorite location to enjoy fine spirits, are pleased to announce their first annual Whisky Dinner.
Please join us at L’Ecole on Wednesday, November 18 at 7pm for a special 6-course tasting menu paired with 6 Scotch whiskies. We’ll be featuring whisky from distillerura such as Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Ardmore. Recipes for the dinner have been co-developed with FCI culinary students and selected by a panel of chefs, including our Deans André Soltner and Alain Sailhac, Joey Campanale of Dell’Anima and L’Artusi, spirit sommelier Ethan R. Kelley, and others.
