Director of Pastry Arts and Bread Program
The French Culinary Institute, one of the world's premiere culinary schools, is seeking a Director of Pastry Arts and Bread Program to oversee their pastry and bread department. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years experience in the field of pastry and baking; a broad variety of experience including working in a fine dining restaurant establishment as an Executive Pastry Chef. Excellent management, leadership, and team building skills are also required.
The Director of our Pastry Arts and Bread Program will be responsible for overseeing the Pastry department, managing 12 Chef Instructors, and curriculum development and enhancement.
