| Start your adventure in NYC studying in a brand-new, dedicated Italian kitchen learning the fundamentals of Italian cooking and beginning your study of the Italian language. Refine your new culinary and language skills in Parma, Italy where you’ll continue your culinary training and language study at ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine. After this, you have the unique opportunity to apprentice at a top restaurant in Italy, putting your skills to the test and continuing to build your knowledge of Italian cooking.
