Pastry Schools

Designed by the renowned Jacques Torres, The FCI Pastry Arts program teaches all of the major elements of fine pastry. In just 6 months by day, or 9 by night, you will gain the skills you need to create elegant, delicious desserts as well as display them in a tasteful presentation.

At The FCI, we provide you with all of the tools you need to begin your pastry arts career. Starting at the begriming with equipment basics and theory, and progressing through intensive hands-on training, you will finish this program with the skills you need to start a career immediately.

From petit fours to sugar decoration and wedding cakes, you will be exposed to a variety of different pastry courses designed to help provide you with the information you need to succeed in a variety of different pastry arts careers.
