Uniform Kit contains the following:
	1 Chef Coat 1 Pair of Pants 1 Apron 1 Neckerchief

Below, please select one coat size and one pant size. Uniforms are available in 100% cotton and in a poly/cotton blend. The coat and pants do not need to be the same material.

An Important Note About Coat Sizes
Because your coat will be embroidered with your name, it is not possible for you to exchange the coat if it does not fit. If you are unhappy with the fit of your coats your only alternative will be to purchase new ones. Therefore, if you have any doubt about the appropriate size you require, we encourage you to visit the Admission office to try on a coat before your order is placed.

100% Cotton Pants: These pants sit at your natural waistline and have an elastic waistband (sweat-pant style). Please select one of the following sizes:

NOTE: If you require pants in a special size because of your height, please contact Sheila Richardson (646-254-8526).

Please return this uniform order form promptly to ensure receiving a personalized uniform when class begins! The turnaround on a uniform order is two weeks minimum.

If your class start date is in less than two weeks, please contact Sheila Richardson (646-254-8526) immediately. Don't worry, you will be given a loaner coat and nametag to begin the class. In order to receive your personalized coats when they arrive, the loaner coat must be returned to us first, cleaned, pressed and in good condition.
