Daisy Martinez Cookbook Author and TV Show Host
Daisy graduated from The FCI’s Classic Culinary Arts program in 1999. Shortly after graduation, Daisy worked on the set of PBS’ Lidia's Italian-American Kitchen as a prep-kitchen chef, and as a private chef in NYC. In addition, Daisy continues to manage a small catering business, “The Passionate Palate”. Daisy embraced her cultural roots and knowledge of Latin cuisine through her highly rated PBS program and cookbook, Daisy Cooks!.
