David Chang

David graduated from The FCI’s Classic Culinary Arts program in 2001. After graduation, he honed his skills working at Mercer Kitchen, Craft restaurant, Park Hyatt in Japan, and Café Boulud. He is the recipient of the 2007 Rising Star Chef award from The James Beard Foundation. David has brought sophistication and innovation to Asian cuisine through hishighly acclaimed Momofuku restaurants.
