Wylie Dufresne

Wylie graduated from The FCI’s Classic Culinary Arts program in 1993. After graduation, Wylie started working in Manhattan's hottest restaurants including, Jean- Georges Vongerichten’s JoJo’s and Jean-Georges, and Prime in The Bellagio, Las Vegas. In 1999 he left Prime to become the first chef at 71 Clinton Fresh Food. In April 2003, he opened his 67-seat restaurant, wd~50 in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
